The products sold remain the property of the seller (PG-Technics BV) until full payment of their price, including principal, costs and ancillary charges.
Penalties for late payment: Belgian annual statutory interest rate applicable on the due date of the invoice × 3.
The goods travel entirely at the recipient’s own risk. They are payable in Avelgem (Belgium), and collection by bill of exchange does not constitute a derogation from this clause.
The customer certifies that they have read and accepted our general terms and conditions of sale without reservation.
