When you visit the website, Odoo also processes certain technical data as part of the normal operation, security and traffic monitoring of the site. This data is collected through server logs, not through analytics or tracking cookies:

  • Technical data related to the operation and security of the site

  • Odoo SA for website hosting, contact form processing, visitor statistics and CRM storage
  • Microsoft 365 for receiving, storing and processing emails

These service providers process personal data on our behalf and must apply appropriate data protection and security measures.

We do not sell your personal data or disclose it to third parties for their own marketing activities.

6. Is data processed outside the European Economic Area?

Odoo and Microsoft use international infrastructure and service providers.

Where personal data is processed outside the European Economic Area, such processing relies on a legally recognised safeguard, such as an adequacy decision adopted by the European Commission or approved Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. How long do we retain your data?

We do not retain personal data for longer than necessary:

  • Enquiries that do not result in a customer relationship are retained for no longer than three years after the last substantive contact.
  • Data that becomes part of a customer file is retained during the business relationship and afterwards for as long as required by our legal or contractual obligations.
  • Accounting and tax-related documents are retained for the period required by law.
  • Technical data and visitor statistics are retained in accordance with Odoo’s settings and the periods specified in our cookie policy.

Once the applicable retention period has expired, the data is deleted or anonymised.

9. Are you required to provide your data?

You decide which information you provide to us. Your name, email address, subject and question are required to submit the contact form and allow us to handle your enquiry.

Without this information, we may not be able to process your enquiry through the contact form.
