Odoo and Microsoft use international infrastructure and service providers.
Where personal data is processed outside the European Economic Area, such processing relies on a legally recognised safeguard, such as an adequacy decision adopted by the European Commission or approved Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. How long do we retain your data?
We do not retain personal data for longer than necessary:
- Enquiries that do not result in a customer relationship are retained for no longer than three years after the last substantive contact.
- Data that becomes part of a customer file is retained during the business relationship and afterwards for as long as required by our legal or contractual obligations.
- Accounting and tax-related documents are retained for the period required by law.
